Dance Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Khyle Eccles is a movement, dance and performance specialist with a varied portfolio career – and is one of very few dance specific strength and conditioning specialists in the UK, who is also a professionally trained and working dancer. Khyle received his BA(hons) at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, and his MSc Dance Science at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. He teaches across multiple institutions including Trinity Laban, Urdang Academy, Academy of Dramatic Arts Zagreb, Dance East, and many more in between. Khyle works to provide specific prehabilitation and performance enhancement training strategies to support dancers.
