Jason is an ex-professional dancer, working in contemporary dance & physical theatre, including with 2Faced Dance Company. He currently works with Birmingham Royal Ballet as a Strength & Conditioning Trainer and Soft Tissue Therapist, and works with Northern School of Contemporary Dance overseeing fitness development.
He holds an MSc in Dance Science with special interests in plyometric research, performance nutrition, performance enhancement & injury prevention. Academic connections Gloucester, Worcester & Wolverhampton University’s. Jason currently sits on the board of directors for 2Faced Dance Company.
